How does contactless check-in with a code work?
Before arrival you receive a code from us that opens both the entrance and your apartment. There is no need to wait for anyone or watch the clock for a precise arrival time — you arrive, enter the code and you are home. If anything does not go as planned, we are just a phone call away.
What time are check-in and check-out?
We will let you know the exact times in your reservation confirmation. Check-in is usually in the afternoon and check-out in the morning — and if you need to arrive earlier or leave later, just write to us, we will gladly arrange it.
Where can I park?
At R&J apartmany on Male namesti you can use public parking near the building. If you are heading to Apartmany za divadlem, we will gladly advise you on parking — just call before arrival.
Is there a kitchen in the apartment and what will I find in it?
Yes, every apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen — dishes and appliances for everyday cooking. So you can prepare breakfast and dinner just the way you like, which is especially handy on longer stays or when travelling with children.
Is WiFi free?
Yes. At R&J apartmany you connect to fast WiFi for free, and the internet also serves you at Apartmany za divadlem, where a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube runs on it.

Can I come with children?
Absolutely. We will set up a cot free of charge, just mention it when booking. Families also appreciate the private kitchen and the more spacious apartments — the Premium in R&J apartmany accommodates four people plus two extra beds.
Can I bring a dog or a cat?
We welcome pets by prior arrangement. Please contact us before booking and together we will pick a suitable apartment.
Where can I store my bike or skis?
At R&J apartmány there is a storage room for bikes and skis, so you don't have to carry your gear up to the apartment. It comes in handy all year round — the Broumov region is laced with cycle routes and in winter it's a good base for heading to the mountains. We're happy to advise guests of Apartmány za divadlem about storing gear by phone.
How will I meet the staff if arrival is contactless?

What if something isn't working?
