Booking and stay terms for our apartments.
The provider of accommodation services under the brandBroumovsko ubytování je Radek Šuda, Male namesti 191, 550 01 Broumov, IČ: 44711751. The terms apply to both houses — R&J apartmany (Male namesti 191) and Apartmany za divadlem (Lipova 53).
A reservation is created by confirmation in the reservation system (Previo) or by written confirmation from us. The price of the stay, the payment terms and any cancellation conditions are always stated within the specific reservation and its confirmation.
Access to the apartments is contactless via a code you receive before arrival. Arrival and departure times are stated in the reservation confirmation; we will gladly accommodate individual requests.
The guest uses the apartment in the usual manner, keeps it in order and is liable for any damage caused in it.
Rights arising from defective performance are governed by the Civil Code. Please submit any complaint about our services without undue delay — by phone or e-mail; we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) is competent for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
