Booking and stay terms for our apartments.
The provider of accommodation services under the brandBroumovsko ubytováníisRadek Šuda, Male namesti 191, 550 01 Broumov, IČ: 44711751. The terms apply to both houses — R&J apartmany (Male namesti 191) and Apartmany za divadlem (Lipova 53).
Legal relations not governed by these terms are subject to the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code.
A booking is made upon confirmation in the reservation system (Previo) or upon our written confirmation. The accommodation contract is concluded when the booking is confirmed. Please check that the booking details are correct — dates, number of guests and contact details.
The price of the stay is always shown before the booking is completed and in its confirmation. Payment terms — payment method, any deposit and its due date — form part of the confirmation of the specific booking.
Cancellation terms are always stated within the specific booking and in its confirmation. If you need to change your booking (dates or number of guests), contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate you.
Access to the apartments is contactless using a code you receive before arrival. Check-in usually takes place in the afternoon and check-out in the morning; the exact times are stated in the booking confirmation. We are happy to accommodate individual requests.
Guests use the apartment in the usual manner, keep it in good order and are liable for any damage they cause. The apartment may be occupied by no more than the number of guests stated in the booking.
Pets (dogs, cats) are welcome by prior arrangement — please contact us before booking.
We offer vouchers for a specific stay as well as vouchers for an amount; both are valid for R&J Apartments and Apartmany za divadlem. Vouchers are issued electronically as a PDF. The validity of the voucher and the conditions of its use are stated on the voucher itself; redemption dates are subject to apartment availability.
Rights arising from defective performance are governed by the Civil Code. Please submit any complaint about our services without undue delay — by phone or e-mail; we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) is competent for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
