Booking details— we process your name, contact details and stay dates in order to handle your reservation and provide your accommodation (performance of the contract). Reservations are made in the Previo reservation system.
Communication— if you write us an e-mail or call, we process your contact details for the time necessary to handle your request.
Newsletter— we process your e-mail address for sending news only with your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any e-mail.
Legal obligations— as an accommodation provider we keep a guest register to the extent required by law (e.g. the Act on the Residence of Foreigners, local fees).
We keep booking and accounting records for the periods required by law (generally 5–10 years). Ordinary communication and enquiries are kept for no longer than 2 years after being handled. Newsletter email addresses are processed until consent is withdrawn. The guest register is kept for the statutory period (6 years).
This website does not use analytical or marketing cookies. We store only technical settings (e.g. the chosen website appearance) in your browser's storage. The Previo booking form and the map data may use their own technical files necessary for their function.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restriction of processing, to data portability and the right to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
